You will ensure that the contact details supplied by yourselves on behalf of your suppliers / contractors / consultants, has been approved by your suppliers / contractors / consultants directly with yourselves before circulating to HW&Co. All enabling us to complete our appointed service as agreed and required within the proposal.
At the 'completion date' of the project your / your suppliers / contractors / consultant’s details can be destroyed from the HW&Co database and the approved HW&Co subcontractor’s database if requested in writing by yourselves.

Every quarter we like to send a newsletter to our clients and colleagues with updates of successful projects and company news.
