This includes circulating your / your suppliers / contractors / consultants contact details to approved sub-contractors of HW&Co when required to complete the agreed proposal.

You will ensure that the contact details supplied by yourselves on behalf of your suppliers / contractors / consultants, has been approved by your suppliers / contractors / consultants directly with yourselves before circulating to HW&Co. All enabling us to complete our appointed service as agreed and required within the proposal.

At the 'completion date' of the project your / your suppliers / contractors / consultant’s details can be destroyed from the HW&Co database and the approved HW&Co subcontractor’s database if requested in writing by yourselves.

We will only retain your personal data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected.

Every quarter we like to send a newsletter to our clients and colleagues with updates of successful projects and company news.

The newsletter is delivered by an automated third company such as MailChimp. Client & Colleague email addresses are added to a set list within this service. Within the newsletter is an option to unsubscribe.

The email addresses used have been obtained via previous projects and services supplied by Hill-Wood & Co (Kent) Ltd as either clients or colleagues of Hill-Wood & Co (Kent) Ltd.

The is no transfer of personal data collected by the newsletter service to third parties. The subscription to the newsletter may be terminated by the data subject at any time - via the newsletter and unsubscribing or by email request to info@hwandco.co.uk

We do track our newsletters for analytical purposes. This allows a statistical analysis of the success or failure of online marketing campaigns (the quarterly emails).
